Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers to the questions most prospects ask before reaching out. If something isn't covered here, ask us directly.
How do you price your projects?
We price projects based on scope — what needs to be built, how complex the requirements are, and roughly how long it will take. We don't quote a number before we understand the project, and we don't do hourly billing that leaves clients anxious about every email. Once we've scoped a project, the price is fixed unless scope changes.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the size. A straightforward marketing website typically takes 3–6 weeks from kick-off to launch. A custom software project might take 2–4 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal and we stick to it — we don't quote short to win the work and then stretch it.
What tech stack do you use?
We're flexible, but our primary stack is .NET (C#) for backends and servers, PostgreSQL for databases, and modern CSS/JS for frontends. We don't use a fixed stack for every project — we choose based on what fits the requirements. If you have an existing system in a different language, we'll assess whether we can work with it before committing.
Do I own the code when you're done?
Yes, fully. You receive the source code and you own it. There's no licensing fee, no proprietary platform lock-in. If you ever want to move to a different developer, you can — and we'll hand over documentation to make that transition smooth.
What happens if the scope changes during the project?
Scope changes are normal. When they happen, we document the change, discuss how it affects timeline and cost, and agree in writing before doing any additional work. We won't just absorb changes silently and present a surprise invoice at the end.
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions aren't something we count. The goal is to arrive at a result you're happy with. We structure the project with defined review checkpoints — typically at wireframe, design, and before launch — so feedback is consolidated rather than scattered. That said, changes that add significant scope will be scoped separately.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
Yes. We offer maintenance plans for clients who want ongoing technical care — security updates, content changes, monitoring, and a team to call when something needs fixing. Post-launch support is a separate arrangement from the build; you're never obligated to take it, but most clients find it easier than managing a site themselves.
Can you work with my existing website or system?
Sometimes. We'll assess the existing codebase and tell you honestly whether working with it is practical or whether a rebuild would be more cost-effective. We won't take on a project if we can't do it well.
Do you work with clients outside your country?
Yes. We work remotely with clients wherever they are. All project management, review, and communication happens online. Time zone differences are manageable — we'll agree on overlap hours at the start of the project.
Do you do SEO?
We build every website with strong technical SEO foundations — correct heading structure, semantic HTML, fast load times, structured data, and proper meta tags. If you need an ongoing content SEO strategy or link-building, that's a separate discipline from development; we can discuss what makes sense for your situation.
What information do you need to give me a quote?
A rough description of what you want to build, who it's for, and what the main constraints are (budget range, timeline, any existing tech you need to integrate with). The more context you give us, the more accurate the quote. A 30-minute call usually gets us to a solid estimate faster than email back-and-forth.
