We run every engagement the same way: honest conversations, clear documentation, and no surprises. Here's exactly what to expect when you work with us.
Discovery Call
We start with a call to understand your project: what you're trying to achieve, what you've tried before, and what "done" looks like to you.
This isn't a sales call — it's a technical conversation. We'll ask specific questions about your workflow, your users, and your constraints. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so here, not three weeks into a deposit.
Proposal & Scope
After the discovery call, we write a clear proposal: what we'll build, how long it will take, what it costs, and what we'll need from you.
We scope projects in plain language — no vague "deliverables", no hidden hourly billing. If the scope changes during the project, we talk about it before we do extra work.
Build
We build in short cycles with regular check-ins. You see real progress — not a big reveal at the end.
We use staging environments so you can review work before it goes live. Feedback rounds are structured and limited to keep the project moving, but we accommodate genuine requirement changes at defined checkpoints.
Review & Launch
Before launch, we run through a quality checklist: performance, accessibility, SEO, browser/device testing, form submissions, and any third-party integrations.
Launch is planned, not rushed. We pick a low-traffic window, verify everything works in production, and stay available for the 48 hours after go-live.
Ongoing Support
Most projects don't end at launch. We offer maintenance plans for clients who want ongoing technical care — updates, monitoring, content changes, and someone to call when something needs attention.
If you don't need ongoing support, we hand over full documentation and source code. You'll have everything you need to work with another developer if needed — we don't build lock-in.
